Love Interns. They bring fresh ideas, and understanding of the latest technology. Most recent intern, was given a challenge to improve our Alexa Ranking. ( lower numbers are better) Each week he tried a different tactic, and measured the results. January 1 - our ranking was 7,769,251 Yesterday our ranking was 1,359,332. That is awesome in four months, and we would never have had the time to do the project.

We have 4 interns scheduled for the summer and have had probably 10 over the last two years. 2 are now with us as full-time employees. We did learn the hard way that matching their skill set with our need makes the process much less time consuming. There is a tremendous amount of talent out there coming out of college and even high school. The potential to find a diamond in the rough has been worth our investment 10 fold.
